7. Third-Party Financial Connections

When you connect a financial account, you authorize YourCFO to access the data necessary to provide insights. We do not control the privacy practices of third-party financial institutions and encourage you to review their policies.

8. Google User Data

If you add a file from Google, you sign in with Google and choose the file in Google's own file picker. YourCFO can open only the files you choose there — never the rest of your Google Drive — and reads them only to answer your questions about them.

• We read the files you pick, and your Google account's email address so we can show which account is connected
• We keep a copy of each picked file so your CFO can still refer to it if Google is unavailable, and we delete it when you remove the file
• We do not sell Google user data, use it for advertising, or use it to train AI models
• You can disconnect Google at any time on the Other files page, or in your Google account's security settings

YourCFO's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

9. Children's Privacy

The Service is not intended for individuals under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

10. Changes to This Policy
